Integrated Logistics
Our logistic teams works side by side with our transport as an integrated service to provide effective transport and logistics solutions for our clients. Although often separate from the transport office, our integrated logistics solution also work alongside other transport companies and pallet networks to provide and pass on the best cost savings to clients. Our integrated logistic team uses our transports in-house pallet network to utilise vehicles and co-load material efficiently, by doing so creating a saving in costs for our customers.
The logistic teams will route customers material in the most cost-effective way possible while ensuring efficient and timely deliveries are kept, either through our own transport solutions or through third party sub-contractors. Depending on customer needs and requirements, our logistics teams provide onsite management, working side by side with clients to ensure an efficient and productive movement of goods through an integrated transport and logistics solution bespoke to the needs and requirements of the customer.

TRUSTED LOGISTICS
We provide various levels of logistic services for our clients, including third party logistics. As trusted logistics experts, we take responsibility for customers’ requirements on a variety of platforms, including;
- Booking orders/deliveries
- UK and European transport planning
- On-site and/or remote logistics management
- Warehouse and fork lift management
- Warehouse and fork lift personnel
As a trusted logistics company, we engage with our client’s customers directly, providing information and feedback for their material/deliveries with complete transparency including a variety of KPI reports bespoke to customer . With the aid of our IT links and/or onsite representation, we also work with clients to seek improvements and cost savings to their business. At Cargo Express, we work closely with production control, customer service and transport planners, enabling optimisation and opportunities within the supply chain.
